Meet The Team
Owner & CEO
Carol’s experience speaks for itself. As Vice President & Limited Partner of the Wall Street investment firm, Alliance Capital Management (now AllianceBernstein L.P.), she traveled the world analyzing corporate financials, appraising equity values, and communicating investment potential within the computer and telecommunications industries. During her tenure in the investment world, Carol was also instrumental in developing the company structure that allowed a small investment firm to grow its assets from $5MM to $600MM in six years.
Later in life, she successfully owned and operated the House of 1833 Bed & Breakfast in Mystic, Connecticut. In 2016, Carol launched CPN & Associates, marrying her expertise in financial and operational analysis with her lifelong love of business ownership. Her analytical career enabled her to better understand that “looking beyond the numbers” is the key to fully understanding a company’s position in any industry, and the requirements needed to push that company forward successfully.
When she has time, you'll find Carol playing tennis in Palmer Lake, CO with her husband, Matt.
